Moberly School District is proud to have Moberly Area Technical Center preparing students in the region for college and career success! Happy Career & Technical Education Month!
GBE hosted a fun evening for students and parents that included reading and writing activities connected to the schoolwide Book Club novel, Amari. Once students and families completed the activities, they were treated to Domino's pizza!
February is Heart Health Month!
Cleanup from the collision on Highway 24 will last throughout the noon hour. Midday bus routes will be delayed due to rerouting.
A bad accident on 24 Highway (that is not bus related) has caused 24 to be closed. School buses will need to be rerouted around that area which will result in delays.
It's Game Night at North Park! Bingo, Hot Chocolate, and Fun!! 🤩
The Moberly Special Olympics athletes competed in the area basketball tournament on 1/2/24 in Jefferson City. All athletes brought home the gold! We had 3 athletes that competed under the Individual Skills Bracket and we had 2 teams that competed in the 3v3 tournament in different divisions. We will travel to Cape Girardeau February 18 for Regionals!
Gratz Brown Elementary kicked off the first ever School Wide Book Club today!! Families are encouraged to attend the kick-off event this evening at 5:30 PM! 🍕
Due to existing conditions of gravel roads and forecasted precipitation, Moberly School District will use Snow Routes (blacktop only) for the remainder of the week.
Fluctuations in temperatures and additional precipitation are creating challenging & changing conditions on gravel roads. Moberly School District will run buses on Snow Routes (blacktop only) this afternoon.
Elementary bus routes will be Snow Routes Wednesday morning.
Buses 12 & 13 are running late this morning and may have replacement buses. Please watch for alternate numbers.
Moberly School District will be closed Tuesday, January 23. The makeup date will be Friday, March 15.
Moberly School District confirms that we will use Snow Routes on Tuesday, January 23. These can be found on the district website under Menu, Transportation, and Snow Routes. Times for bus stops on paved roads remain the same.
Temperatures are forecasted to hover just above freezing throughout the night. As we continue to monitor county roads, we ask these families to be prepared for the possibility of using Snow Routes tomorrow. Confirmation will be shared on FB and through push notifications.
