Each month, staff members at Moberly School District nominate their peers who go above and beyond their job descriptions to help students and other staff members. This month, our team nominated Ms. Kaydence Santos, Paraprofessional at Moberly Middle School.
Here's what Ms. Santos' colleagues had to say about her..."I am nominating Kaydence for her exemplary professionalism and dedication as a paraprofessional. She consistently provides support to multiple students with patience, care, and a strong commitment to their development. Additionally, she collaborates effectively with teachers and other staff members throughout the building. Ms. Santos adeptly manages the diverse needs of each student by delivering individualized assistance while encouraging independence and confidence. She proactively volunteers for various responsibilities and is always willing to contribute whenever needed. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and collaborative approach make her a reliable and valued team member. Kaydence’s dedication and genuine passion for supporting students and the school community make her an outstanding asset to the team."
